      Upper management chooses those who get promoted based on who they like not experience or achievements; everything is extremely disorganized upper management has to much power which goes unchecked allowing employees to be treated unfairly

      there are no pros I could think of about the job - the benefits are alright.

      worst place I have ever worked - worst management and culture I have ever seen, most disrespectful, unprofessional leadership and micromanagement I have ever seen, finally got out and can smile again.
