Pros
Decent pay, builds character, travel opportunities - like they will pay for you to spend the entire christmas season moving cardboard at a hub nowhere near anywhere you ever wanted to go. Usually somewhere cold.
Cons
Antiquated ways of working, dumb rules, company is run by old white men and women who act like men. Lots of sexual harassment that is covered up by the company. The women are mean and overly competitive. They will tell other women not to have kids because it is bad for your career.
