Parent company is a financially stable company with good brand recognition. They have okay benefits and offer domestic partnership benefits.
Cons
Very large and compartmentalized,. Hard to move across business groups / functions. Like all organizations of this magnitude - takes considerable amount of time to learn how to navigate the organization.
