      - great WLB - friendly people - gorgeous office - unique workplace/vibe (not everyone gets to work in fashion)

      Cons

      - somewhat dated tech stack. engineering tries their best to stay up-to-date but limits to what you can do in a non-tech org. - not AI-pilled enough (relative to the cutting edge of the market)
