      Office location is good enough

      Cons

      Long working hours. Offers are only good on paper. Managers don't know how to handle and train their teams. Trainings were horrible and irrelevant.

      Great starting career for someone that wants to start a career in manufacturing

      Cons

      Limited employee compensation compared to other industries. Training should be more thorough. Give people and machine maintenance outmost priority.
