Pros

Most of the consultants are great, particularly in South Texas.

Cons

But South Texas isn't selling and North Texas was selling junk projects with no chance of success. North Texas sells on price and they don't manage the projects well, if at all. They sell a deal and move on hunting for the next. When I left, things were in full melt-down model with people leaving and projects failing.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that we have great, talented consultants — not just in South Texas, but across the board. I’d like to take some time to address some of your concerns. Our corporate structure allows each project to have a dedicated project manager to ensure each project is a success and all the client’s concerns are addressed. We’ve made a lot of changes since 2016 — a particularly difficult year for not just our organization, but the entire industry. We did what we believed was right at the time, we learned a lot, and we’re better than ever before. I appreciate the time you spent at US-A and I apologize if it wasn’t the best possible working experience that we strive to give every employee. I wish you luck in your future endeavors.
