These people are SNAKES. In their own mind they’ve justified their crap behavior to both their employees and their students. You DONT get paid for so many things. If you do an audit, which you have to do for every student GOOD LUCK BILLING FOR IT. Pre and post flight take longer than .5? OH WELL. When teaching PPL students the preflight/postflights take some time. But they’ll only let you bill .3 and .2. You’re working for free so much of the time. Management will consistently try and screw you if you resign or go to teach at another flight school. Do not put them down on a resume if you were ever unlucky enough to work here.
