Actual lawyering skills are learned only through observation and advice instead of doing

Had amazing potential career wise, but when you’re not allowed to learn your job it makes it difficult to develop into a useful employee. However, it is my understanding after talking with other courts, this court in particular was an outlier. Really boils down to terrible leadership.

Nepotism, favoritism, lack of opportunities to learn your job.
