Pros
If you're there to work, it's extremely interesting and plentiful. AOR (Area of Responsibility) is the most active and interesting in the world.
Cons
However, it's not a great place for female civilians. It's very male dominated and military driven. And the military bureaucracy is incredible! Trying to get rid of a non-performing member of the military is a full-time job. And the complaint system is broken -- non-performing employees can just complain about their supervisor. Needs a complete managerial overhaul.
