Pros

Working with them was amazing, Traveling, meeting the people, and the freedom of seeing new places.

Cons

The co-workers depended. You have one guy who doesn't live in CT and needs to be picked up all the time. Rough abuse out on the fields, and unorganized work. Also all of our product was not up to code within the fire doors that were installed by the people who run out to do the installation.

Pros

Co-workers were great and all very supportive of each other - always willing to pitch in to get the job done. Compensation was not great, but decent. Although I was educated for the position, I had no practical experience and the company was willing to take a chance on me.

Cons

I was given responsibilities that were outside the scope of my job description and tasks at times overlapped/duplictated by coworkers (per directions of the owner). Office area was open (no cubicles) and was very loud at times which was disruptive to the detail oriented nature of my position. Computer equipment/software was outdated and not serviced by professionals. The office staff consisted of 8 people and during the 11 month period I worked there 5 people were either fired or resigned.

Pros

You may get a check on or about the day you were told you would get paid, or you may not.

Cons

CEO is erratic, irrational, demeaning and a micromanager, though, if he likes you during the interview, he will be very charming. You never know what direction to follow as they are ever changing, and you never know what state of being CEO is in due to excessive drinking (beginning at lunch, or the hangover from the night before). Co-workers and customers are frustrated as all (and I do mean ALL) things go through CEO, creating a horrific log jam. Lastly, your tenure there is never stable, as literally he churns employees in order to deflect his personal responsibility. He lies too, not to be trusted, at all. CEO plays mind games with all employees, belittling them one to another, destabiIlizing even the most secure. I have worked many places in many arenas, this is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Unless you are a masochistic or truly desperate, you should choose any place other than here. The CEO's actions violate employer and business laws..... criminal - Really!
