2025 and on upper level leadership has deteriorated. Morale is now low across USCG, and partisan political pressure is increasingly seeping in from DHS and this administration. Now I give it a 3/5 because it is better than most of government and DHS, however judged not relative to other agencies, since the pay freezes, revocation of work life balance, and politicization it should be a 2/5.
