Pros
This review is suited primarily for the Tampa, FL location, as most positive qualities were due to that particular location and not the franchise itself. I really enjoyed working here mostly because my boss was a great guy and taught me about general business practices - the atmosphere overall was really fun because of his overall personality/attitude. The work in general is not demanding in an intellectual sense. Physically it may seem a bit demanding (especially if you hate the cold - but it's really still no big deal.
Cons
Had to go in the cryotherapy chamber multiple times in a single day to familiarize hesitant clients with the experience
Pay is whatever - if you're in college and need a job then it can be good for a few extra dollars. It's not too demanding intellectually, but if you're looking to make a career out of this I would not advise that at all.
The franchise itself is trash, my prior boss (who was a franchisee), even ended up pressing litigation against them.
