Still owe me money - Promoter US Event Management Employee Review

We have searched our database for staff in this area to cross-reference any outstanding payments and have not found any. All of us have our cell phone numbers posted on the portal home page and all over our social media. We are unsure if this person has our agency confused with another but are more than happy to help in any way. We pay with-in 2 weeks but do state a NET 30 in our contracts.
