Pros
Decent pay, overall good principles to the work that is on-hand. I work out of a drop yard with 28ft trailers so we really don't experience all of the drama that happens in the main warehouse. Really good benefits that are affordable. They take good care on how pallets are loaded most of the time. Keeping the truck washed, and working Monday through Friday.
Cons
The time that is given to complete the stops is unreal! Every stop is set at 150 cases per hour if not more and sometimes less in some rare cases but usually they have an elevator to deal with if it is set lower. The scanners suck and need to be replaced, they are slow and malfunction frequently.
