Pros
This would be a good place to work for entry level employees that would not be able to compare the way things used to be and the way things have changed. Training is almost a weekly occurrence but helpful in gaining knowledge in all aspects of foodservice.
Cons
Sysco is buying US and everything will change to Sysco corporate mentality.
