Pros

Flexible, great benefits, good pay, great culture, lots of opportunity for growth, great trip incentives and bonuses.

Cons

Lots of travel but that’s a given with most sales jobs there are not many over night stays at least. Use personal car however they use the motus compensation program for reimbursement to pay for gas and maintenance which in itself I find a little questionable if we are compensated as much as we should be for depreciation on our vehicles. Overall the pros far out weigh the cons.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
