      Great company, terrible boss - Territory Manager US Foods Employee Review

      Pros

      Great company to advance your career, great products but management is horrible, lacking ideas and being all over the place. One week we are giving products away at a cheap price the next week we are jacking up prices, this makes it hard for customers to not constantly feel like they have to worry about prices.

      Cons

      Terrible boss who treated me differently than the other coworkers, when we would bump heads he was always quick to mention that it was because of “my culture “ made me relocate then 4 months later fired me, asking me to bring in one month the amount of business that takes a quarter to get. No real help or strategy to help their sales team, instead I would be told “ go get’m”.

      Cons

      None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
