Pros

4 day work weeks. Off 1 weekday and weekends. Hourly pay. After 3 years it’s $37/hr. Average annual income around $85-$90k with OT. Some routes are $100-$110k. OT after 10 hrs each day. Both Roth 401k and Trad. 401k with an automatic 2% whether you contribute or not. Then a dollar for dollar match up to 6%. So you put 6% and they put 8%. Annual wage increases. Relaxed in cab camera policy. Job has pretty straight forward expectations.

Cons

Physically demanding. Boot allowance needs to increase. Hasn’t been adjusted for inflation.

Pros

Pay, work environment, Equipment, Shop, Management.

Cons

None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

Pros

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.

Cons

Culture Comp plan Lack of transparency Greed Only care about price of the stock
