      I was able to work independently to complete tasks, and made some good connections in various departments

      Cons

      No room for growth -- management is a boy's club that was disconnected and stuck in the past. Pay was low with very few incentives. I overperformed consistently and asked for a higher position or pay raise and was essentially laughed at.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
