Pros

They pay is weekly, your automatically entitled to benefits following thirty days of service

Cons

The first con is lack of training in the stock yards division, I was told I would load trailers, I ended up scanning boxes out of inventory that were on the floor three hours before my start time taking them to the dumpster, I ended up taking out all the trash. Did not feel I perform the true warehouse associate. The start time for this warehouse position was that of an administrative position. All associates left without offering to help take out trash or boxes. Management left early and I had no contact number if something was wrong with the product being shipped out. Evaluation process is very bland in the stockyards division.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
