Pros

Not really any pro things about this company. Hours are there if you want to work them.

Cons

Routing doesn’t listen to any advice to make routes easier and faster. Management from the VPO down either doesn’t listen because they don’t care or the lower management is scared of termination if they show any spine, and try to go against the “party line. Pallets are built like crap, half the time you can’t find what is needed and you now have to backtrack for redelivery. Company core values are hysterical; they’re preached and never followed. equipment is in terrible shape air and go pre trips, trailers are disgustingly dirty.

Pros

Pay, work environment, Equipment, Shop, Management.

Cons

None. I would still be with them if there was a terminal near where I moved too.

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
