You don’t have to do anything because the managers aren’t as smart as the workers . If the workers work then the managers will have to think above and beyond their capacity.
Cons
Lack of diversity. Everyone either the exception of the Latinos are from southeast DC. People are very devious and exceptionally religious. If you aren’t light complexioned forget good treatment.
