There are a few good people at lower levels who are trying to do the right thing despite the environment.
Cons
The leadership, starting at the top, is some of the worst I’ve encountered in my career. An ego-driven CEO surrounded by yes-men with little real leadership or industry experience beyond staying in favour. Communication is poor, trust is non-existent, and honesty is optional.
The culture is defined by internal politics, blame-shifting, and self-preservation. People are routinely thrown under the bus. Decisions change without explanation. There is no structure, no psychological safety, and no understanding of how collaborative teams actually function.
Craft and quality are actively discouraged in favour of rushed output. Support is effectively zero. The environment rewards compliance over competence.
If you’re looking for short-term money and don’t care about the work or your mental health, this might be tolerable.
If you value good work, growth, or basic professional respect, avoid at all costs.
Without hesitation, the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
The volume of five-star reviews should be treated with extreme scepticism.
