Pros

Work load is busy, but good team environment. Managers will work and support you if you communicate and meet deadlines consistently. They do have decent flexibility if you need time off here and there. Pay is decent and competitive. Location was also prime, but I worked in their Woodland Hills Office. They are a good company and care for their clients. This would be my number one Pro. I didn't feel dirty working there. Good people all around (honest). Of course office politics as in most places. If you mind your work, you'll get by well.

Cons

The sales team can be aggressive towards the marketing team for leads.

Pros

A fantastic place to work; great team atmosphere! Just work hard and be communicative/open about any issues (personal and professional) and you will be supported by management. It is a busy workload, but it is not unmanageable. You receive on the job training immediately, and there is consistent refresher-training (which is not over-kill). Plus they understand there is a learning-curve. Flexible hours so long as you do your work. I was a morning person, so I went in early and left early. My coworkers came in later and stayed later. No need to bring your work home. I never felt that client's were misled when they hired us. Pay raises are consistent and fair, be sure to stick around to get them. No need to worry about billable hour requirements.

Cons

Only issue is high work load right off the bat. But again, there is on the job training and refreshers.

Pros

Most of the people I met there are great. They're talented, hardworking individuals who are there to get their work done. Management genuinely seems to be trying to run a good business but they seem to have bitten off more than they can chew.

Cons

Ridiculously high workload. No matter how hard you work there's just no way to get through it all. Management sees only the numbers you put out and not the quality. As a professional I take great pride in the quality of my work. At first this company seemed to value that but once it started looking only at the numbers it became a problem.
