Pros

A lot of traveling paid by the company. Small company where all the employees are easy to work with. You are able to set your own schedule. On the USA side there are really no complaints. USA management is the easiest guy to work with. He makes the job okay.

Cons

Japan is the problem in this company. The owner is letting his son take over while he takes a few steps back and he is not a good leader. Everything is his way. Does not like to reward his employees. Won't give any good raises. No need to put in long hours, it goes unappreciated by Japan. When you work hard its part of your job. When you ask for something in return you won't receive it. A lot of shady contracts are given to the employees. When you ask for something in your contract you will be told "we can talk about this in the next contract so just sign this one". Not somewhere you stay long term because of how Japan is. Every single thing done is to favor them, not the employee. ATG has taken most business from Microcraft and Japan is to blame for this.

Pros

Lower Level employees were great. I got along with them really well. They were always welcoming and helped me out a lot. I mainly worked with the Accounting and got along great with her. She was very fast and on top of her work all the time. Technical Support level employees were always helpful when i had questions with parts and things that needed to be ordered. Speaking strictly for the job position and lower levels employees, they were great and fun to work with. This is the only thing that is great.

Cons

First is the hidden camera that was found in USA Team managers office, pointing towards the outside where other employees interact. He never told us he put a camera and when we found it, the following day he immediately said he had a camera and didn't want us to think he was hiding it. Who knows how long he had it there. Not sure if it had a microphone but knowing him, I wouldn't doubt it. Others can confirm this if you ask them. He is lucky the other employees are nice and they didn't go to the labor board and sued Microcraft. If they do chose to in the future, Microcrafts reputation will be ruined. Their corporate office which is located in Japan is sometimes difficult to work with. Others were always frustrated with it.
