Pros
Lower Level employees were great. I got along with them really well. They were always welcoming and helped me out a lot.
I mainly worked with the Accounting and got along great with her. She was very fast and on top of her work all the time. Technical Support level employees were always helpful when i had questions with parts and things that needed to be ordered.
Speaking strictly for the job position and lower levels employees, they were great and fun to work with. This is the only thing that is great.
Cons
First is the hidden camera that was found in USA Team managers office, pointing towards the outside where other employees interact. He never told us he put a camera and when we found it, the following day he immediately said he had a camera and didn't want us to think he was hiding it. Who knows how long he had it there. Not sure if it had a microphone but knowing him, I wouldn't doubt it.
Others can confirm this if you ask them.
He is lucky the other employees are nice and they didn't go to the labor board and sued Microcraft. If they do chose to in the future, Microcrafts reputation will be ruined.
Their corporate office which is located in Japan is sometimes difficult to work with. Others were always frustrated with it.
