No pros. Even if you are desperate run as far as you can. Struggling to write pros because there wasn't much good about this place. The most disgusting environment you could imagine.
Cons
Lack of leadership deters any progress from being made. Management is highly protective of positions. When I started, I looked at the previous reviews and thought they may be exaggerated; or at the least maybe there would have been attempts to change since the reviews were written. However, that is certainly not the case. They have neither the desire to change nor the ability to. There is no set schedule or understanding of the work involved. HR and senior management will lie, so beware of how they try to manipulate you, or situations against you. Culture is nonexistent. No communication. Lack of leadership. No chance of advancement unless you are personal friends of management. I've never worked with a more hard (and hot) headed group of individuals. The company has no interest in innovation so beware if that is that you are looking for. The benefits are a joke. Do not trust them during the interview process. Lack of direction. Management does not care about you. Stressful environment, nothing makes sense, poor management, lots of favoritism. Job security. Not the best place to build a career. They hire to fire without reason. Work projects can be frustrating and difficult due to management who fight progress and change. Employees need to put overtime almost always without pay. The management inspire fear to force you to work long hours without pay. Stay away from this “company” as its a place with full of negativity. Overall Rating:0-Stars - Exceptionally Poor environment and management behavior.
