Pros
New office that often has a smashed door to the building
Cons
This is not a place for someone who wants to grow their career. The pay is low for the time and effort being put in, you will not develop any skills and in 10 years you will be sitting in that desk doing the same thing you are today. This place has the lowest amount of PTO days out of anywhere I have ever seen (5 PTO days and you have to fight to be allowed to use them), you only get Jewish holidays off, and getting it approved depends when "HR" aka the ceo decides to get to it. If you take federal holidays off you will not be paid, lowering your take home salary by over $1000 a year. There was no training program established when I was there. It is corporate filing, most people don't do this but even with that being known, they will have you answer phones until someone is free enough to train you. There is no communication, KPIs or anything to gauge how you are doing. Just a CEO that listens in on all your calls and does not seem to respond to slack messages, emails, calls etc. You will get AI generated messages (he is really bad about cutting out their prompt response) as a response if you are lucky. The only "cool" benefit is leaving early on Fridays in the Winter, but that is made up for by coming in early (which was never expressed until it the shift begins!) The positive reviews here are written by management, specifically by AI. No one that works here likes it, they will be very open and tell you in detail within the first week.
