Focused attention over the years for improving management and I believe this made a difference. Supportive of career progression, families, and upholding high standard of ethics.
Cons
Ambitious mission, global (70 developing countries +), and increased reporting requirements over the years, from State, Congress, without eliminating reporting that may no longer be relevant or needed.
