Pros
They pay on time. This is all I could think of as positive of this company. There is also a lot of back stabbing between sales people. Unbelievable!
Cons
This company is like Communist Russia. You cannot be late, even 1 minute and they duck you 15 minutes. You cannot make up time. You cannot leave early if you come in early and this is checked with your fob. The company revolves around the top sales people. Everyone else is a nobody. They cover up very bad work environment accidents with the State of FL by paying the person who got injured an exorbitant amount of money. The state law is broken at least a few times per day.
