This can be a great company to learn a lot from in a short amount of time. You are thrown in to the deep end in a sink or swim scenario.

Unfortunately the company is riddled with leadership issues, physical & sexual harassment issues, not paying employees or vendors on time, and preying on kids who want to join the EDM industry so bad, they will do anything to work there.

Good job if you’re first starting out and love the live music industry.

Overall lack of communication within the company. Lack of leadership and taking responsibility for certain issues. Continuing problem of not paying employees on time. Poor training given to contract employees. Unprofessional hiring practices. High turnover rate for full time staff makes it difficult to get things done and stay consistent. High stress environment.
