Pros

Sign supplies was a relatively interesting line of work to be in, but NOTHING could compare to the horrible management and overall attitude USCutter has.

Cons

USCutter treats their employees horribly. There is no respect or professionalism, and you literally come to work every day fearing that unstable management will get rid of your job. Nobody there has any legitimate business experience, even though they act like they do. Almost all employees are very unhappy and looking for other work. They only recently added benefits because so many employees had already quit. And profit sharing? Don't kid yourself. Management will take over 50% of it and dole out what little is left. Don't be fooled - they don't actually care about you. If they don't get new management soon, the company is going to keep crumbling. And don't be fooled by the one positive review on here - it was written by the manager in an unsuccessful effort to save face. Calling previous employees immature? That should be proof enough for you to stay FAR away from USCutter. I cannot think of ANY company I have ever seen that was THIS bad. They promote people that are uneducated and lazy. They reward poor performance and squash true achievers. This company is going down FAST.

Pros

USCutter is fast growing company that is constantly improving. Most of the employees who work here are nice, creative, and strive to make the workplace an enjoyable place to be. They work hard, and play even harder. I worked here before and left to focus on another career opportunity just to find myself missing the fast paced environment. Now I'm back and loving it.

Cons

USCutter is still very young in mindset and is slowing transitioning to become a more structured company. It feels like a startup and requires go-getters and entrepreneurial characters to progress. In short, it's not for the faint of heart. There is a lot of room for career advancement, but you need to have the right mindset.

Pros

Great place to advance your career within the company!

Cons

The owners of USCutter own lots of plastic companies across North America and act like a money lending company. If we have items in stock for longer than 4-5 months it becomes aging inventory and they start to charge interest on said inventory, This leads to us running out of stock constantly and also takes away profitability for the month and any chance of a bonus at the end of the year.
