      Pros

      The atmosphere is laid back, the people are very nice, and the chance for advancement is nearly unlimited for employees who work hard and are able to learn USEMCO products. The more experienced staff is available to assist newer employees whenever needed. Upper management will listen when issues arise.

      There seems to be some barriers that prevent positive communication between internal departments.
