      The toxic culture is not worth risking your health! It’s a revolving door and you will see why if you accept any position in this h*ll hole! Clients often complain about going through so many different staff members. Phoenix doesn’t follow protocols. They will go as low as sabotaging you and HR will support them due to the long term friendships within the office be very careful working for these sheep in wools clothing. As a customer I would be worried about my policies. Some producers will say anything for the sale .

      Pros

      The people there are good people to work with. It is a relaxing comfortable work atmosphere. The salary and benefit package is very competitive for the marketplace.

      Cons

      Month's end close is very stressful, I would not wish that on anyone. You are given 4 days to close the month, and I was working from 8 AM to 1AM for 3 nights in a row just to get the Over/Under report complete, let alone trying to analyze trends. How can they expect someone to look at over 850 jobs within 36 hours when they know that job budgets are not accurate. With 25% growth annually for the past 4 years, the workload has increased in sync with growth.
