Pros

Co-workers were great and worked as a team. 28 days of PTO and ability to work from home if needed

Cons

Management is unapproachable and overall unfriendly. They overpay people who do very little compared to those that do most of the work. The biggest issue is the lack of value they have for long time employees, was told that my position was not a 10 year position and it was best to move to something new if I wanted growth my both the Regional CMO and Regional CHRO. There is no gratitude to people who go above and beyond their job description instead you are told to stay in your "swim lane". Regional middle management needs to be held accountable for their actions instead of HR telling employee's they no there is a problem but not do anything about it. Raises are very small if you get one at all, the same with annual SIP bonus. If you are not in "favor" with management at the time you will get very little and annual goals are unobtainable because they are never reviewed or are changed without notice throughout the year. Summit award is a great program for account management and those will clear metrics to hit in order to receive but if you are in a sales support or admin role then this is subjectively left up to your supervisor to decide.

Pros

You get out of it what you put into it. Autonomy and responsibility if you are fluent in the principles of extreme ownership. Think of it like running your own business as an entrepreneur, with a deep well of resources at your fingertips to help you be successful. High upside if you are willing to put in the work! (and that doesn't mean 50 hour weeks or unmanageable workloads)

Cons

If you don't have an open mind, are closed off to learning new things, and don't have a "how can I help" mentality, this may not be the best fit for you. Pay (base salary) may be slightly lower than other consulting firms, but total rewards package in the aggregate is competitive, and high upside potential with career path opportunities.
