Pros
There are some nice people and the hours are flexible under the right manager. Good environment to learn in because the business is very fast paced and they don't follow many set guidelines.
Cons
Management is unapproachable and overall unfriendly. They overpay people who do very little compared to those that do most of the work. The biggest issue is the lack of value they have for long time employees. There is no gratitude to people who go above and beyond their job description. Instead those same employees get fired or replaced with more expensive, less qualified people.
