Pros
USI is a very Producer/Sales focused organization that has incredible resources for true middle-market companies. They support each producer in fully understanding all of those resources and have several, non-commission, leaders that help in driving that success.
Cons
There is only one expectation per month and that is to get 4 new business appointments per month. This does help keep you focused on new business meetings, which is great. There's not much of a focus on centers of influence, but rather just getting in the door and making that appointment count.
