Pros

Great reputation in the market Solid and experienced support both consulting and account management Meaningful solutions for clients Well-funded and poised for growth Training is great OMNI technology is very helpful to identify solutions with financial impact available to clients

Cons

CRM is not intuitive and is labor-intensive to use in practice. Metrix-based selling. The company does not allow seasoned successful sales professionals to grow their book of business how they have done it in the past. Make 50 calls per week and four meetings per month, period. Practice leaders manage to that matrix. They don't take time to understand who the producer is as an individual and how they can support your success/career growth. Bait and switch on bonus structure. Do your homework! Understand that there is no weighted average on the expected four meetings per month requirement - something comes up like illness, client changing the date, etc, and no bonus if the four meetings aren't hit EVERY MONTH. Also, please be prepared to check multiple boxes for a meeting to be considered as a 1st meeting. This is a very big deal and is a big portion of the compensation structure.

Pros

You get out of it what you put into it. Autonomy and responsibility if you are fluent in the principles of extreme ownership. Think of it like running your own business as an entrepreneur, with a deep well of resources at your fingertips to help you be successful. High upside if you are willing to put in the work! (and that doesn't mean 50 hour weeks or unmanageable workloads)

Cons

If you don't have an open mind, are closed off to learning new things, and don't have a "how can I help" mentality, this may not be the best fit for you. Pay (base salary) may be slightly lower than other consulting firms, but total rewards package in the aggregate is competitive, and high upside potential with career path opportunities.
