Pros
I love my team because they are so friendly and supportive. The positive culture extends further than just my immediate team as I have been able to reach out to employees in multiple different areas and roles and have received the same support and kindness. There are also a lot of opportunities for both horizontal and vertical growth making. There is support for both types of growth and you are not pressured to stay within a certain job if you are more interested in a different area of the company.
Cons
The career track program is not particularly challenging and the pace is very slow. If you are looking for a challenge in the workplace you may want to try a different job within the company and not start in the career track program. If you want an easy and slow-paced entry level position it will be good for you.
