Pros
Things don't change much and when they do, crap hits the fan...so I guess this is a con. This company is very old fashioned and isn't very innovative so if you like that in a company, then it's perfect since most companies in the Bay Area are tech-forward thinking/industry-breaking startups. If you don't have any aspirations in life and just want a job where you go to work, you do your job, you go home, and nothing more, this place is for you. They used to have snacks and drinks in the kitchen (not sure if they still do that). There are truly amazing, smart, capable people who work for this company...and there are a couple that are kind of weird. They used to cater lunch a couple times a year. For Christmas you get a VISA gift card for $50 (but you have to pay an activation fee so it's only like $45.40) If you have a family, they have an annual barbecue/picnic where you bring your family.
Cons
Downtown SJ right across from eBay/PayPal. No guidelines or processes. Everyone is just wingin' it. No clear direction, mission statement, goals, objectives. Everyone just shows up and does their job.
