      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to work on projects. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      They run too lean in Infrastructure IT. People are overworked to the point of exhaustion and then get their hands slapped when more doesn't get done.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
