Pros

Potential to make decent money, Still better commission structure than other carriers, Diversity, Strong regional wireless network. There ARE good people that work here.. But not enough of them.

Cons

Dirt Poor systems, Lack of proprietary tools, ECSG is an AWFUL tool, 1-2 bars of LTE (.5mbps download) in our location AND no Wifi and nobody willing to resolve the issue.. Overpriced accessories are a very hard sell, frequent unobtainable sales numbers. Don't meet numbers? Go on a "PIP" once in a PIP can't transfer to any other position. Don't like your position? Too Bad.. Gotta wait 6mo.. And only then if you're meeting "expectations" It's a mid-sized regional wireless carrier with all the corporate horrors of a Nationwide carrier. I can't stress enough how bad and slow the systems are. Terribly inefficient. ECSG designed to turn every good sales person into a drone.
