Pros
Good pay, vacation time and benefits. I believe there would be a lot of opportunity in this company if your willing to do the work.
Cons
The schedule is awful. Hopefully you don't have a family to take care of on the side because your life is pretty much revolved around meeting unattainable quotas. Your commission structure changes every few months and has gotten worse and worse every time. They just recently lowered our commission and gave us way more work to do.
