Pros
The people were great to work with and very easy to manage, train and coach despite the culture put upon them by their upper management.
Cons
Management, especially those at the Senior Director, VP and Executive VP level were culturally challenged and very difficult to deal with, especailly when finding fault and terminating folks for single time mistakes. A very unforgiving culture and environment
