Pros
The benefits as well as the pay are good.
Cons
It's obvious that the company is losing its strength by the systematic dismissal of seasoned employees. People who know what is going to occur are suddenly quitting and those positions are not being filled. Knowing there are problems afoot customer service managers are dismissing long term higher paid employees for reasons that in the past were not issues and had not been addressed in the past even with great reviews. There is little opportunities to advance as they continue to downsize. Entire departments have been eliminated as they continue to lose market share.
