(Use to be) An amazing place to work

Cons

-They're no better than any other "Over-the-phone" customer service job -People who work there, especially in management are drinking a lot of "cool-aid" and they try to force it down other people's throats as well and if you aren't willing to accept that, you're more than likely going to be fired. - There's just as much backstabbing, favouritism and butt-kissing there as any other employer.
