Nice hours and holidays off.

Cons

Getting yelled at by Customers, Managers, and the CEO. (especially when you work for a Agent location) Managers never do anything along with the CEO. All the legwork is put on the sales people. CEO gets flustered easily and throws temper tantrums instead of just fixing the issue at hand. However because they are the CEO no work will be done by them instead they will just complain and moan about it not being done and how we're terrible associates.
