* Great people to work with * Company that really cares about its associates - great compensation, benefits, etc. * Great opportunity for career development, if you want it * Culture.. up until the last year or so.
Cons
* The culture and what has made this company so fantastic is slowly but surely changing. We still talk about the Dynamic Organization, but not the way that we used to. Results are important, but so is who we are and what makes us different.
