Pros
I have been with US Cellular not too long. I left my previous company due to their poor quality of management and culture. I enjoyed my job but I was miserable. Coming to US Cellular, one of my priorities was to start a career in a company where the company truly lives by their core values. This has been my experience. People here are so cordial. They act and speak with respect and kindess. My manager .... I couldn't have asked for a better manager. He is just a kind man who really supports his team and supports them to become a winner. But that's how the entire organization is... our director is so nice. He is welcoming and easy to talk to. There is no barrier. You are a TEAM. I am so appreciative of this opportunity to be able to work w some of most amazing kind and smart people. You really can tell how important company feels about the culture too during their new employee onboarding training.
Cons
I wish all the bathrooms came with an automatic flushed. Hehe. :)
