overall I thought it was a good company to work for - Retail Wireless Consultant UScellular Employee Review

Pros

As a Retail Wireless Consultant there is a good training program. The good Sales Managers that I had had did a good job helping me along, and I never felt like there was a manager that I couldnt talk to. Even though it's a retail schedule the work/life balance is very good, I never worked more than 40 hours/week (unless I requested to over holidays), and there's never any work to take home with you

Cons

Sold Chicago market to Sprint and closed the stores in Chicago. I never felt like there were a lot of opportunities to move up in the organization if I did not want to become a Sales Manager or work at a call center.
